摘要
目的 了解厌氧菌在慢性鼻窦炎患者中鼻道、上颌窦及筛窦3个部位的分布情况。方法 在功能性内镜手术中,无菌采集中鼻道、上颌窦及筛窦脓液标本各1份,分别接种于Oxyplates厌氧平板,直接于35℃培养箱中培养,并对筛选的耐氧试验阳性的可疑菌作生化鉴定。结果 在615份标本中,共分离出细菌458 株31 种,其中厌氧菌24株3种,占总菌株数的5.2%;在3 个部位间,厌氧菌检出率分别为18.45%、14.35%和16.4%;在24 株厌氧菌中,以革兰阳性杆菌位居第1,占83.3%。结论 慢性鼻窦炎为需氧菌和厌氧菌在内的多种细菌混合感染所致,厌氧菌感染主要为迟缓真杆菌引起,该3个部位的细菌检出率无较大差别。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distributional situation of anaerobic bacteria in middle nasal meatus, maxillary sinus and ethmoid sinus for chronic sinusitis patients. METHODS By functional nose endoscopy, we asepticallysampled portion of pus specimen above three sites respectively. After isolation and inoculation of the specimen to anaerobic medium (Oxyplates), we directly cultured these plates in incubator (35℃). We engaged in biochemical identification of screened suspicious strains positive to the oxytolerant test. RESULTS Among 615 portionsof pus specimens, we have isolated 458 strains of bacteria (31 species). From them, there were 24 strains (3 species) of anaerobic bacteria (made up 5. 2%). There wasn′t marked difference for detectable rate of anaerobic bacteria in the above three sites. Among 24 strains of anaerobic bacteria, Gram-positive bacilli made up first (83.3%). CONCLUSIONS Chronic sinusitis is a disease of mixed infection which is induced by varied bacteria,including aerobic and anaerobic ones, main infectious bacteria for anaerobic infection is Eubacterium lentum. There is nomarked difference for bacterial detectable rate in the above three sites.
