摘要
本文从大学教师自由职业者身份界定、回归大学教师自由职业者身份的积极意义、回归大学教师自由职业者身份的制度根源分析和回归大学教师自由职业者身份的管理策略等方面,讨论了回归大学教师自由职业者身份的问题。
This paper tries to discuss the problems of contracted teaching professionals from the aspects of 1) the status of contracted teachers; 2) the significance to introduce contracted teacher; 3) the factors to support the contracted teacher system; and 4) the management of contracted teachers.
