摘要 为了满足浅层稠油固井与后期开采的需要,解决低温浅层渗透率高、固井容易发生窜槽的问题,开发了低温早强降失水剂G302A。加有该降失水剂的水泥浆加砂失水量小(由于后期是蒸气开采,故需要加砂来保证后期开采强度的需要(水泥:石英砂=100:35)),有很好的流变性和沉降稳定性,游离水少,低温养护后水泥石早期强度高,还具有一定的微膨胀作用,故有一定的防气窜和界面胶结性能。经辽河油田大量实践应用证明,加有该低温早强降失水剂的水泥浆失水量低,在低温下养护后水泥石有较高的早期强度,解决了高渗透地层及小间隙尾管固井的难题,具有很好的应用前景。 G302 is a fluid loss reducer with characteristic of early strength development at low temperature. It was produced on background of solving problems appeared in shallow thick oil wells cementing, and oil/ gas/water channeling in low temperature, shallow and high permeability formations. With G302 in, the sand-cement slurry exhibits excellent fluid loss control, good rheological characteristic and kinetic stability, the free water volume is low, the early strength of cement stone at low temperature is high, and together with slightly swelling property, the slurry showed some anti-gas channeling characteristic. Numerous in-situ experiences showed G302 played active role in improving cementing quality in high permeability formation.
