摘要
吉林油田开发的新区块中,多数井井深为1500-2500m,井下情况复杂,井漏、井塌现象时有发生、地层油气水活跃,给固井施工造成了很多困难,也严重影响了固井质量。为解决这些区块的固井技术难题,研究出并且应用了低密度水泥浆体系。本文论述了吉林油田针对各地区的不同特点,使用不同低密度水泥浆体系的情况,如在英台地区使用复合型低密度水泥浆体系,乾安地区使用降失水低密度水泥浆体系。同时配套使用冲洗液等不同的固井施工工艺,使吉林油田在固井质量方面有了较大的突破,为油田的增产创效做出了较大的贡献。
In the newly development area of Jilin oilfield, most wells are 1500-2500 m of depth. For complex geological structure down hole, drilling problems such as lost circulation and hole collapse often occur in these wells. At the same time, active oil/gas/water layers also upgrade cementing difficulties, potentially leading poor cementing quality. In an effort to solve these problems, low density cement slurries were developed and applied in different areas of Jilin oilfield, based on their own characteristics. For example, compound low density cement slurry was used in Yingtai area, and filtrate reducing low density cement slurry was applied in Qian' an area. Coupled with different cementing technologies such as using flushing fluid, these slurries played important roles in cementing quality improvement.
