摘要
延长油矿管理局在蟠龙、子长等主生产区经常遇到严重漏失井,直接影响了钻井速度。首次选用了防漏增韧剂F27A,并通过验证水泥浆的流动度、强度、密度等性能是否符合要求、配伍性是否良好,对水泥浆配方进行了优选,最后得到的优选配方为:秦岭G级水泥(MSR)+1.8%F27A+1%G203A+0.3%USZ(水灰比为0.50)。蟠2028-7井用该水泥浆进行现场补高,补救成功,使濒临报废的井起死回生,顺利投产。室内与现场施工效果表明,加有防漏增韧剂F27A的水泥浆具有良好的堵漏效果。
In Yanchang oilfield, serious lost circulation often occur during drilling in Panlong and Zichang areas, directly affect drilling rate. In an effort to prevent lost circulation, leak resisting toughening agent F27A was optimized, based on testing its effects on flowability and density of cement slurry, stone strength, and compatibility with other additives. Then a slurry formulation is determined and the formulation includes QinMountain G Class cement (MSR), 1. 8%F27A, 1%G203(A) ,0. 3% USZ, and the water/ cement ratio is 0. 50. Remedy operation using above slurry in Pan2028-7 well was successful. It not only saved the well from deserted, but help a well in high productivity. Lab tests and in-situ application both illustrated F27A provides excellent sealing work in cement slurry.
