有机硅抗高温钻井液体系的室内研究 被引量:17

摘要 提出了一种新型的有机硅抗高温钻井液。该钻井液以高温稳定的硅基有机物为主要组分,并引入一种以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体的四元共聚物高温抗盐降滤失剂OCL-JB,基本配方为:4%膨润土+6%OCL-JB+4%OCL-JA(降滤失剂)+2%OCL-GLT(降滤失剂)+0.5%OCL-GNT(降粘剂)+重晶石。硅基有机物增加了甲基含量,并引入了抗高温稳定剂和磺化物,从而提高了其化学稳定性和高温稳定性。该有机硅抗高温钻井液具有好的页岩抑制性、润滑性和井眼稳定性;滤失量小,滤饼薄且致密,可有效防止钻头泥包;携砂能力强,流变性容易控制;在高矿化度下,钻井液性能稳定,能抗5%评价土、4%NaCl和2%CaSO4的污染;抗温能力强,在180℃以上;而且体系所用材料无毒、无荧光,适用于深井钻探。 In this paper, a new high temperature organosilicon drilling fluid is presented, and the formulation includes 4%bentonite, 6%high temperature salt tolerant filtration-reducing agent OCL-JB, 4% filtrate reducer OCL-JB, 2%OCL-GLT, 0. 5% viscosity-reducing OCL-GLT and barite. Due to more methyl groups were introduced into the silicate-based organic compound, which is the mainly compound of the fluid system, the chemical stability of the fluid was improved. In virtue of using high temperature stabilizing agent, the system provided excellent shale inhibition, lubrication and tough hole stabilization. The filtrate value was low, the mud cake was thin and tough, which were good for bit balling prevention; the cuttings transportation is strong, the rheological property is easy to control. At high salinity, the fluid works well at 5%benonite, 4%NaCl or 2%CaSO4 presenting in water phase; it has thermal stability at a maximum temperature of 180 ℃. The materials used in this fluid are non-toxicity, non-fluorescence, which is fitful for deep drilling.
