摘要 中国近几年开始研究和应用AMPS共聚物类油井水泥降失水剂,但该产品价格较高,性能也不稳定。针对目前对水泥浆抗高温抗盐降失水剂的迫切需要,结合国内外在AMPS共聚物研究和生产方面的经验,经过几年的研究开发出了G310油井水泥抗高温抗盐降失水剂。该产品为AMPS、AA、AM三元共聚物,适用温度范围宽、抗盐性能可达饱和盐水,降失水效果明显,稠化时间可调且性能稳定。加有G310降失水剂的水泥浆,失水量随着温度的升高或盐水浓度的增大而有所增大,但在40-175℃的温度范围内,在盐水达饱和时,仍可将失水量控制在100mL以内;在低温下该产品有较强的缓凝作用,需加入促凝剂配伍使用。 As a fluid loss reducer for oil cement, AMPS copolymers have been studied and applied in China in recent years, but it was of high cost, and the property is not stable in using. Pinpointing at urgent need for high temperature salt-tolerant fluid loss reducer, G310 was developed based on many year's investigation and experiments. The product is a tripolymer of AMPS/AA/AM, which has advantages in cement slurry such as wide temperature window, excellent salt tolerance up to saturation, evident fluid loss reduction. The slurry with G310 in exhibits stable property. Although with the increasing of G310 addition, the fluid loss increases, but in 40-175℃ range, even in a saturated salt water, the fluid loss is still controlled within 100 mL. What to be mentioned is, when used at low temperature, it has evident delayed coagulation in slurry setting course, and accelerant should be used together.
