摘要 目的:研究步长脑心通对中动脉局灶性栓塞模型大鼠血浆及下丘脑组织血管活性肠肽的影响。方法:采用放射免疫法测定VIP浓度。结果:脑心通可以升高缺血早期血浆VIP水平,但降低缺血晚期下丘脑组织VIP浓度。结论:在中风早期和晚期,脑心通调节VIP的机制不同。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Buchang Naoxintong(NXT) on the level of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) in plasma and hypothalamus in rats with middle cerebral artery infarction.Methods:The VIP content was measured via radioimmunoassay.Results:Oral treatment with NXT augmented the VIP level in plasma at the early acute phase of stroke,while the VIP content in hypothalamus decreased both in acute and chronic phases.Conclusion:NXT could modulate the VIP via different mechanisms during the development of stroke.
