摘要
利用二氧化锰在650 ℃下灼烧得到三氧化二锰,以三氧化二锰和中等浓度的硫酸构成的悬浮液在反应器内进行固、油、水三相氧化反应制得对叔丁基苯甲醛。在此条件下,同时对其生产工艺进行了优化,得到了较佳的工艺条件。在反应温度55 ℃,反应时间5 h,硫酸浓度7 5 mol·L-1,对叔丁基苯甲醛的产率可达75%。
Manganese sesquioxide was obtained by calcinating manganes dioxide at 650 ℃. p-tert-Butyl benzaldehlyde was prepared by oxidation reation in a suspended three phases of solid, oil and water, constituted by manganese sesquioxide, starting material and H 2SO 4 of medium concentration. The reaction conditions were optimized and optimum conditions were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 55 ℃, reaction time 5 h and concentration of sulphuric acid 7.0 mol·L -1. Under above conditions, the yield of product was over 75%.
