高温气相色谱法橡胶防护蜡碳数分布测定 被引量:5

摘要 采用高温气相色谱法测定橡胶防护蜡中的正构烷烃和非正构烷烃的碳数及含量。实验表明,气相色谱的最佳测定条件为柱初温:60℃,柱终温:360℃,升温速率:5~15℃/min,进样量:0.4μL,汽化室温度高于柱温3℃。在上述条件下,能使橡胶防护蜡中的各组份得到较好的分离,利用AgilentCerity工作站对测量数据进行处理,结合标样可完成橡胶防护蜡样品的定性和定量分析。 Carbon distribution and content of normal alkane and isoalkane in rubber waxes are measured by using high temperature gas chromatography. Experiment results show that the optimum measurement conditions for gas chromatography are initial temperature of column being 60℃, final temperature of column being 360℃, heating rate being 5 -15℃/min, sample size being 0. 4μL, and vaporization room temperature being 3℃ higher than column temperature. Under the above conditions, the components of rubber wax can be effectively separated. Ruber wax samples can be analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively trough processing the measured data on Agilent Cerity working station and in combination with standard samples.
