农村劳动力转移是一个令人瞩目的问题。随着农业生产水平的提高,必然有大量的劳动力从农业生产中解脱出来转为非农业人口,由农村流入城市。研究和掌握农村劳动力时空变动的规律性,有重要的理论和现实意义。

With the development of the agricultural science and technology and the continuous rising of soclal productive forces, rural labour force will inevitably shitf. The shift orientation, according to the spatial shift pattern and employment nature, can be mainly identified as three basic patterns: shift on the spot within rural areas, shift to urban areas, and regional Shift.
