子宫内膜异位症手术治疗443例分析

Surgical Theatment of Endometriosis:Analysis of 443 cases.

1983年1月至1987年12月经妇科住院手术的子宫内膜异位症共443例,占同期妇科手术的7.5%。已婚未育占34.5%。以往有各类妇产科手术史者占55.5%,与子宫内膜异位症的发生有一定关系。手术对治愈疾病,促进生育功能效果较好,仍为治疗子宫内膜异位症的主要措施。按患者的年龄、病变的范围,对生育的要求可采用不同的手术方式。

Four hundred and forty-three cases of endometriosis were treated surgically from January 1983 to December 1987 in this hospital,which accounted for 7.5% of all the surgical operations during the same period of time.Of these,55.5% had previous history of gynecological surgical operations,and 34.5% were married but had no children,which may be associated with the development of this disease.Surgical operation was effective in curing the illness and improving fertility, and,therefore,was still the main means of treatment.Different operation modes were adopted according to the age,extent of the le- sion and the desire for pregnancy.
