摘要 利用废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料做基料,筛选出一种石油裂解副产物经处理后做溶剂,再添加乳化剂、固体填料、体质颜料、增塑剂,通过对比实验对涂料的配方进行了选择,涂料最佳配比为:基料26%、溶剂44%、乳化剂2.6%、固体填料23%、体质颜料3%、增塑剂1.4%。其性能指标测试的结果表明,该涂料为乳白色粘稠液体,常温下速干,漆面平整光滑。涂料防水性、防腐性、稳定性指标符合涂料生产要求。 Polystyrene foam waste was dissolved in a solvent which was a pretreated by-product of petroleum cracking, and the system was mixed with emulsifier, solid filler, extender pigment and plasticizer. The optimum recipe was found to be solvent 44 %, polystyrene foam 26 %, emulsifier 2.6 %, solid filler 23 %, extender pigment 3 %, and plasticizer 1.4 %. The coating thus obtained was a milk white viscous liquid which dried quickly to a smooth film at ambient temperature. The water resistance, corrosion resistance and stability of the coating were reasonably good.
