摘要 目的 研究预测非小细胞肺癌(Non smallcelllungcancer,NSCLC)转移的较为合适的方法和指标,并建立Logistic回归模型。方法 通过免疫组化、ELISA、酶谱电泳等方法对NSCLC患者的血清、尿液和骨髓等进行检查,并对数据进行Logistic回归分析。结果 血清MMP- 2、MMP- 9和尿液MMP- 2、MMP -9及骨髓微小转移灶与NSCLC转移危险有关(P <0 .0 5 )。其中尿液MMP- 2、骨髓微小转移灶对NSCLC转移有显著回归效果而选入回归方程。概率模型判断总符合率为6 3.8%。结论 对NSCLC患者进行尿液MMP -2、骨髓微小转移灶检查有实际应用价值,它们能提供NSCLC转移信息,为NSCLC的治疗和预后带来帮助。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of so me factors in estimating the metastasis for patients with Non-small cell lung can cer (NSCLC),and to establish a Logistic Regression equation. Methods Examinations of serum,urine and bone marrow of pa tients with NSCLC were done by immuno-histochemical technique ELISA and zymogra phy methods.Afterwards Logistic Regression analysis was performed to analyze the collected data. Results MMP-2 and MMP-9 in serum and urine and detectio n of bone marrow micrometastasis were valuable in predicting the metastasis for the patients with NSCLC (P<0.05).That detection of serum MMP-2 and bone mar row micrometastasis were selected into logistic regression equation. Conclusion The detections of serum MMP-2 and bone marrow micrometastasis are highly valuable for the prognostic prediction of metastasis with NSCLC.
