桩蛋白的分子结构及其在信号传导和肿瘤发生中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 桩蛋白(paxillin)是一种局灶粘着斑蛋白.人的桩蛋白cDNA序列已经通过抗体表达及PCR、杂交等技术克隆在cDNA文库中.该基因定位于12q24染色体,有11个外显子,大小为6kb.免疫斑点技术证实桩蛋白呈一条宽68kDa的蛋白带.它的两个初级分子结构大小约为44和46kDa,可能通过蛋白降解产生.它们可能在信号转导中相互作用[1].
