单质铝水解机理研究(Ⅱ)——结晶动力学分析 被引量:6

摘要 对单质铝水解过程进行了全过程监测,在反应的不同时段取样并对其进行XRD分析,以分析结果为依据,作者提出单质铝水解法制备高纯氧化铝工艺的实质为一反应结晶过程的观点。随后,作者运用溶液法结晶原理对检测数据进行了深入分析,分析后认为水解产物六方晶拜耳体是形成推动结晶发生所需过饱和状态的溶质相,从而从根源上找到了佐证上述观点成立的证据。 A new method of preparing high-purity alumina is infroduced. The process of hydrolyzation reaction was observed, samplinged at different time and analysed the samples by XRD. According to the analysis, the authors put forward a viewpoint that this craft is a cystallization process. Then they analysed the experimental data further by the aqua crystallization theory, and concluded hexagomal bayerite become the supersaturation solution, which impulsed crystallization. This discovery proves above-mentioned standpoint.
