摘要
喷雾造粒是将溶液或悬浮液等原料喷雾固化后制成一定形状和强度的细小颗粒的一种重要的造粒方法。喷雾造粒通常产生实心的球形颗粒,有时会在颗粒的表面出现多孔、酒窝等形貌。除球形颗粒外,还会产生方形、环形、高尔夫球状、蜂窝状、皱纹状、泡沫状、针状、纤维状等颗粒。另外,空心球、破损的球壳和碎片也会出现,甚至还会出现层状结构的颗粒。这些不同形貌和结构的颗粒在生产和生活中具有不同的作用,为了制备这些颗粒必须有意识地控制相关的制备条件,而研究喷雾造粒中各种颗粒形貌和结构形成的机理对于控制制备条件具有重要的指导意义,故本文中对其形成的机理分别进行了阐述。
Spray granulation is an important method that can produce fine granules with certain shape and intensity by atomizing solution and suspension and solidifying droplets. Solid spherical granules are often produced in spray granulation,and sometimes some morphologies such as pores,dimples appear in the surface of granules.Besides spherical granules,quadrate granules,annu- lar granules,golfball-likeg ranules,honeycomb-likeg ranules,wrinkle granules, foamy granules,needlyg ranules andf ibersa re also producedi ns prayg ranulation. In addition, hollow microspheres,broken shells and fragments also form,and even layered granules appear.These granules with various morphologies and structures have different functions in production and living.In order to prepare these granules,thep reparation factorsc oncernedm ustb ec ontrolledc onsciously. It is significant to study the formation mechanism of the morphologies and structures of various granules formed in spray granulation for controlling these preparation factors. The formation mechanisms of various morphologies and structures above are expounded.
