星形胶质细胞与血-视网膜屏障 被引量:1

摘要 星形胶质细胞是脊椎动物视网膜中主要的神经胶质细胞。随着细胞生物学和分子生物学研究的深入,逐渐发现视网膜内的星形胶质细胞与血-视网膜内屏障(innerblood-retinalbarrier,iBRB)密切相关。星形胶质细胞是诱导血管内皮间紧密连接和维持iBRB的结构基础。因此,对视网膜星形胶质细胞的屏障特性进行深入的研究,将有助于全面地认识视网膜血液屏障系统的结构及功能,为诸多BRB功能受损的眼科疾病的预防及治疗提供新的动态。 Astrocytes are the principal neuroglia cells in vertebrate′sretina.With the deeper research in cell biology and molecular biology,it was gradually found that they have close relations with inner blood-retinal barrier^(iBRB). Astrocytes are the foundation to induce the tight junctions among endotheliocytes and to keep up the structure of iBRB.So deeply researching on the barrier characteristic of retinal astrocytes will help to clearly know the structure and function of retinal barrier system.And it can provide a new guidance to prevent and cure the ophthalmic diseases with iBRB′s damage.
