摘要
目的:分析2 0 7例急性氯气中毒的临床及胸部X线表现,研究X线所见与中毒程度的关系。材料与方法:总结2 0 7例急性氯气中毒的胸部X线表现,将其分为三型进行分析。全部病例均摄有正侧位胸片,连续复查。结果:( 1)轻型:3 5例胸片阴性,82例急性支气管炎,72例间质性肺水肿;( 2 )中型:化学性肺炎6例。( 3 )重型:12例肺泡性肺水肿。结论:胸部X线表现反映急性氯气中毒程度,与临床表现相关。本组轻型较多,重型较少、相对较轻。
Purpose:To analyze the clinic and chest X-ray appearances of 202 cases acute chlorine poisoning.Research the relation between X-ray appearances and poisoning.Materials and Methods:The chest X-ray appearances of 207 cases acute cholorine poisoning were asummaried,and it was categorized to three types.All cases were given stadndard posteroanterior high voltage radiographs and were checked continuely.Results:(1)Mild:35 cases chest films is negative.(2)Middle:6 cases chemical pneumonia (3)Serve:12 cases alveolar edema.Conclusion:Chest X-ray appearances can reflect chlorine poisoning,and it is related to the clinic appearances.In the group,mild cases are many ,serve cases is little.The importance is emphasized to prevent pulmonary edema.
