摘要 目的:探讨外周血CK-19mRNA对乳腺癌患者预后的影响。方法:对86例初治乳腺癌患者根治手术后的外周血用RT-PCR方法检测了CK-19mRNA的表达,并采用S-P免疫组化法检测了手术标本的c-erbB-2、ER、PR蛋白的表达情况。结果:手术后患者外周血CK-19mRNA阳性率为52.3%;外周血CK-19mRNA状况与临床分期呈显著相关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移、c-erbB-2、ER、PR蛋白的表达均无显著相关(P>0.05);外周血CK-19mRNA阴性病例与阳性病例相比,无病生存期和总生存期显著延长(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者术后外周血CK-19mRNA的检测有助于评估预后。 Objective: To evaluate the prognostic value of the CK-19mRNA in the peripheral blood of patients with breast cancer. Methods: Expression of CK-19mRNA in the peripheral blood in 86 breast cancer patients was determined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). And immunohistochemical evaluation was used to determine the expression of c-erbB-2, ER, PR protein in breast cancer tissue samples. Results: 1) The positive rate of CK-19mRNA in the peripheral blood of patients with breast cancer were 52.3 %. 2) The expression of CK-19mRNA in the peripheral blood after operation was significantly correlated with stage (P<0.05) and no relationship to axillary nodes, tumor size, c-erbB-2 and ER, PR protein. 3) There was significant relapse free survival (RFS) and overall survival difference between the positive patients and negative ones. Conclusion: Detection of CK-19mRNA in the peripheral blood after operation is valuable for evaluating the prognosis of patients with breast cancer.
