硫铁矿烧渣制备静电复印显影剂用Fe_3O_4 被引量:12

摘要 硫铁矿烧渣是生产硫酸时产生的固体废弃物。硫铁矿烧渣经硫酸浸出,用机械活化的硫铁矿还原,过滤得到硫酸亚铁溶液。以此溶液为原料,采用空气氧化法制备显影剂用Fe3O4。研究了FeSO4浓度、碱种类、pH值、空气流量和温度对产品性能的影响,用XRD、SEM、粒度分析和磁性能测试等手段对产品进行了表征。结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下得到了球形Fe3O4,粒度分布范围为0.1~0.5μm,磁饱和强度为96.2Am2/kg,矫顽力为10.7kA/m,满足静电复印显影剂对磁粉的要求。 Pyrite cinder was a solid waste in the process of producing sulfuric acid. Aqueous ferrous sulfate was obtained by leaching pyrite cinders with sulfuric acid, reducing with activated pyrite and filtering. Magnetite for electrostatic copying toner was prepared by air oxidation of aqueous ferrous sulfate. The influences of the concentration of ferrous sulfate, type of base, pH value, air flow rate and temperature on properties of products were investigated. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM, diameter measurement and magnetic property testing. The results show that magnetite prepared under the optimum process has a saturation magnetization of 96.2 Am2/kg and a coercivity of 10.7 kA/m. The shape of the particle was sphere and the size distribution of magnetite was from 0.1 to 0.5 μm. Magnetite was well suited for the production of electrostatic copying toner.
