摘要
基于本项目组采用恒电流技术直接在金属钼片上以电化学方法制备具有白钨矿结构的钡、锶、钙(包括其复合体系)钼酸盐(Ba1-x-ySrxCayMoO4)薄膜的实验研究结果,分析了利用电化学方法制备功能薄膜中的成膜机制,讨论了晶态薄膜电化学制备过程中的电流密度、电解液酸度、沉积温度和溶液浓度等工艺条件对薄膜形成的影响。该研究结果对利用电化学方法制备相关薄膜也具有重要参考意义。
Based on the experimental results of crystallized Ba1-x-ySrxCayMoO4 thin films with scheelite-structure on molybdenum metal substrate with high purity grown by using galvanostatic electrochemical technique at room temperature, the electrochemical growth mechanism of the functional Ba1-x-ySrxCayMoO4 thin films was analyzed, the influences of the technical parameters, such as the electrical current density, pH value of the solution, the duration of electrochemical reaction and the reacting temperature, on the growth of the crystalline thin films in the electrochemical processes were discussed. It was believed that the results of the research presented in this paper have great significance for other thin films prepared by using electrochemical method.
