摘要
以氧化锌晶须和锐钛型纳米二氧化钛为添加剂来提高PP R树脂的各项性能。文章系统研究了氧化锌晶须的改性,以及改性后晶须和纳米二氧化钛的对PP R树脂耐热性、力学性能以及抗菌性等的影响。通过扫描电镜观察了材料的断面以及粒子在基体中的分散状况。研究表明,使用0.5%的KH560改性后的氧化锌晶须具有较好的分散性;与纯PP R相比,晶须添加量为3%~4%时,改性PP R材料的性能有较大的提高,其热变形温度由72℃提高到94℃,断裂伸长率也由45%提高到112%;改性锐钛型纳米二氧化钛不仅可改善PP R材料的热学和力学性能,而且可提高材料的抗菌性,其适用添加量为0.5%。
The performance of PP-R resin were improved through adding the ZnO whisker and anatase titanium dioxide in this paper. The modification process of ZnO whisker and the influence of ZnO whisker and nano-TiO2 on improving the performance of PP-R, such as the mechanics capabilities, heat resisting property and anti-bacterial property, had been researched in detail. The fractured surface of PP-R composite material and the disperse character of stuffing were observed by SEM imagines. The results show that the ZnO whisker modified with 0.5% KH560 possesses better disperse character than pure PP-R resin, the performance of PP-R adding 3%-4% modified ZnO whisker was improved largely. The temperature distortion was improved from 72°C to 94°C and the maximum elongation was improved from 45% to 112%. The adding of anatase nanometer TiO2 improve not only the mechanics and calorific characters of PP-R but also the anti-bacterial property.
