摘要
主要研究料浆固相含量对氧化钇稳定氧化锆料浆流变性质,以及YSZ的微结构、密度和强度的影响规律,并分析讨论其原因。结果表明不同固相含量的氧化钇稳定氧化锆料浆表现为剪切变稀的特征,随固相含量增加,坯体密度增加,强度降低,而烧结体密度是先增加后减少的,固相含量为53%(体积分数)时,坯体比较均匀,气孔少。
The influences of solids loading on the rheological properties used for aqueous gel-casting were studied, and also in this paper the microstructures, densities, and strengths of yttria-stabilized zirconia were investigated. Results show that aqueous slurries of different solid loadings exhibit shearing thinning behavior. Densities of green body increase with increasing solids, and strengths decrease. However, densities of sintered body increase firstly and reach maximum at 53vol%, then decrease. Strengths decrease with increasing solid loadings. Microstructures of 53vol solid loading are more uniform and less pores. So 53vol% is compromising solid loading in this system.
