龋源性牙髓病冠髓与根髓的病理学对比研究

The comparative study of the pathology of coronal pulp and root pulp from carious pulp disease

目的:通过对龋源性牙髓病冠髓与根髓的病理学研究,探讨冠髓病变与根髓病变的关系。方法:收集200例龋源性牙髓病的临床和病理资料,分别将冠髓与根髓的病理学特点进行分析比较。结果:冠髓为轻度慢性单纯性或化脓性牙髓炎时,根髓基本无病变;冠髓为重度慢性化脓性牙髓炎、慢性牙髓炎急性发作或冠髓坏死时,根髓绝大多数有病变;冠髓呈中、重度慢性单纯性或化脓性牙髓炎时,1/3～1/2的根髓有病变。结论:认识龋源性牙髓病冠髓和根髓的相互关系,有助于提高临床上切髓术的治疗成功率。

Objective:To study the pathology of the coronal pulp and root pulp from the carious pulp disease. That discussed the relation of the type, range and degree of the coronal pulp disease and root pulp disease.Method:The clinical and pathological data of the carious pulp disease were collected from 200 teeth. Then, the comparative study was carried out according to the pathological feature of coronal pulp disease and root pulp disease.Result:When the coronal pulp was minor chronic simple pulpitis, the root pulp had not pathological changes. When the coronal pulp was chronic suppurative pulpitis, exacerbation of chronic pulpitis and coronal pulp necrosis, the major of the root pulp had pathological changes. When the coronal pulp was moderately and intense chronic simple pulpitis, the 1/3～1/2 root pulp had pathological changes. Conclusion: By comparing the coronal pulp and root pulp from carious pulp disease, it might be helpful for the successes rate of the pulpotomy.
