一次性双吸引器头牙种植骨收集器的制作和应用 被引量:3

The production and application of a one-off bone collector with two suction tips using in dental implantation

摘要 目的:介绍自行研制的一次性双吸引器头牙种植骨收集器的制作并检测收集物的体积和含量。方法:用输血器和三通制作一次性双吸引器头牙种植骨收集器,用其收集了12例患者15个BLB种植窝制备时钻出的骨质,测量收集物的体积,并与文献中国外收集器所收集体积进行比较。光镜下观察收集物的形态和结构,计算骨面积所占比例。结果:收集物平均体积为0.102ml,与国外收集器相比无显著性差异。组织学观察收集物以骨组织为主,约占89.2%。结论:该收集器简单实用,更适宜在国内普通种植门诊应用。 Objective:To introduce a one-off bone collector with two suction tips designed by us and to determine the amount and component of bone harvested from dental implant osteotomies.Method: While BLB implants were placed in 12 patients, fifteen samples were obtained using the instrument made of a set of blood transfusion apparatus and a three-way joint. An analysis of variance was used to determine if there were statistical differences between our set and the one reported in literature. The structure of the sample was observed with an optical microscope and bone proportion was measured.Result:The average bone volume from the 15 osteotomies was 0.102 ml,and there were no statistical differences between our set and the other one. The histological observation showed that all samples contained bone and coagulum, the mean bone proportion was 89.2%.Conclusion: This two-suction-tip bone collector was a simple and useful apparatus in dental implantation and it was recommended in ordinary native dental clinic.
