摘要
目的 研究闽产木立芦荟多糖(MAP)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。 方法 用环磷酰胺(CTX)建立免疫功能抑制模型小鼠,放射免疫法检测血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF α)、白细胞介素2 (IL 2 )、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量。称量胸腺、脾脏湿质量,计算胸腺指数和脾指数。 结果 MAP可提高免疫抑制小鼠脏器指数及TNF α、IL 2、IgG的水平。 结论 MAP具有调节小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of polysaccharides extracted from Aloe arborescens grown in Fujian(MAP) on immune function in the immune inhibited mice. Methods The model of the immune inhibited mice was established by cyclophosphamide(CTX). The concentrations of serum TNF-α, IL-2 and IgG were detected by radioimmunoassay. The organ indexes of spleen and thymus were obtained by weighting method. Results MAP increased the indexes of spleen and thymus of the immune inhibited mice, and the blood level of TNF-α, IL-2 and IgG were obviously increased. Conclusion Fujian Aloe arborescens polysaccharides from Fujian might modulate the murine immune function.
