光子相关光谱法对颗粒平均粒径测量结果的不确定度评定 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了PCS方法测定颗粒平均粒径的不确定度评定方法。由于光子相关光谱法测量纳米及亚微米颗粒粒度的方法已得到了广泛的应用,但该方法测量原理、数据处理的复杂性以及样品颗粒的多样性,对测量不确定度的评定带来了许多困难。从系统效应和随机效应两方面详细完整地评定了PCS法测量颗粒平均粒径的不确定度的各项来源,为分析工作者提供了范本,不仅可用于其它纳米、亚微米材料的测定结果的评定,而且可为纳米领域检测过程中进一步提高实验数据的可靠性和一致性作参考。 The evaluating method of uncertainty for particle size analysis by photon correlation spectroscopy was introduced. The complication of principle and data analysis and the varity of sample bring a lot of trouble to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement. This paper describe the effect from system and randomization of uncertainty for particle size determined by PCS, this evaluating method of uncertainty not only can be used to determine the other Nanometer Particles, but also can be used as references during evaluating the reliability and agreement of nanometer determination.
