摘要
利用金相检验、电镜观察和能谱分析等测试手段对某厂在连铸连轧生产8001铝合金过程中出现的轧断现象进行了分析。结果表明,8011铝合金连铸连轧板坯中AlFeSi脆性相的不均匀存在是板坯随后冷轧时发生断裂的内因,铸轧过程中板坯内部的未再结晶组织则是随后冷轧断裂的条件。
Microstructure examination, electron microscopy inspection and energy spectrum analysis were used to analyse the reason of 8011 aluminum alloy in the process the conticast and tandem rolling. It was showed that the internal cause of fracture is non-uniform of AlFeSi, and non-recrystallized structure in the blank is also the condition of fracture.
