乙型肝炎病毒D基因型与原发性肝癌的关系 被引量：6

Study on the relationship between genotype D of hepatitis B virus and hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 根据HBV全基因序列的同源性差异≥8%,现已将HBV分为A～G 8个基因型[1].HBV DNA的基因型别呈一定的地域性分布,不同的基因型与HBV感染途经、致病性亦有一定的相关性[2].在我国约有90%原发性肝癌(HCC)合并HBV感染,HBV感染与HCC的发生密切相关.然而,迄今为止对HBV感染后的确切致癌机制还不甚清楚,有关HBV基因型与HCC关系的研究甚少.应用P CR微板核酸杂交酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对73例HBV DNA阳性HCC患者进行了基因分型,旨在探讨HBV基因型与HCC的关系.
