摘要
在双金属连铸铜包铝复合棒坯试验中,出现不同过渡层的制品。对试验中出现的不同制品进行分析研究,结合试验条件分析其中的极端现象———芯部全为化合物的试样的成分及其产生的原因,在此基础上进一步探讨如何控制过渡层的厚度,改进产品质量。
Bimetal copper-cladding aluminum bars with different transition layers were manufactured by continuous casting.The composition of sample in which the core is composed of totally compounds and its reason were discussed based on the experiment.How to control the thickness of transition layer and improve the quality was further investigated on the basis of the above results.
