摘要
目的初步评价FE T2WI序列在骨挫伤中影像表现及诊断价值。方法100例骨挫伤均行X线平片、SE T1WI、SE T2WI和FE T2WI序列检查,35例另行CT检查。结果MRI检查共有124个骨挫伤病灶,其形态为斑片状或地图状及不规则状改变,信号不均匀。SE T1WI上发现105个病灶(85%),呈低信号;SE T2WI发现48个病灶(39%),呈高信号改变;FE T2WI序列发现120个病灶(97%),呈明显高信号改变;X线平片及CT未发现一个病灶。FE T2WI序列病灶检出率高于SE T1WI(0.025<P<0.05),明显高于FSE T2WI(P<0.005)。结论FE T2WI序列对骨挫伤的诊断具有高度的敏感性,突出了骨髓水肿的显示,成为骨挫伤MRI影像诊断中首选的成像技术。
Objective:To evaluate the appearance and the diagnostic value of FE-T_2WI in bone contusion.Methods:100 cases with bone contusion were performed SE T_1WI、FSE T_2WI、FE T_2WI sequence and X-ray plain film,and 35 cases of them were performed additionally CT.Results:MRI found 124 lesions,their shapes were patchy,map-like and irregular,their signals were inhomogeneous.In SE T_1WI 105 lesions were found (85%) as low signal,in FSE T_2WI 48 lesions were found (39%) as high signal,and 120 lesions (97%) were found in FE T_2WI sequence as high signal.No lesion of all patients was found on plain film and CT.FE T_2WI showed higher detection rate than SE T_1WI (0.025<P<0.05),and FSE T_2WI (P<0.005).Conclusion:FE-T_2WI sequence is sensitive in the diagnosis of bone contusion,and should be the first choice diagnostic technique,especially in demonstration of bone marrow edema.
