摘要
目的:探讨乳腺肿瘤组织中同源异型盒基因BP- 1 -mRNA的表达水平及其临床病理意义。方法:采用实时荧光定量RT PCR技术检测82例乳腺肿瘤组织中BP- 1- mRNA的拷贝数,并进行相关统计分析。结果:82 例乳腺肿瘤标本中,有56例呈BP1阳性表达,阳性率为68 29%。不同病理组织分级的乳腺癌标本中BP 1 基因的初始拷贝数分别为(1. 84±0 .08)×105、(1. 31±0. 78)×105 和(5 .41±0 .90)×104 拷贝/μg RNA,随着组织学分级的升高,BP 1 基因mRNA表达量呈下降趋势,P= 0. 0037。结论: BP- 1 基因在一定程度上参与了乳腺癌的发生和发展,并可能成为乳腺癌早期诊断及治疗的新分子标志物和重要的研究靶点。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression level of homeobox BP 1 gene in breast neoplasm and its relevant clinical significance.METHODS:The copy numbers of BP 1 mRNA were detected in 82 cases of breast neoplasm tissues by fluorescent real-time RT-PCR. RESULTS:BP 1 gene was expressed in 56 specimens of 82 cases of breast neoplasm tissues (68.29%). The initial copy numbers of breast neoplasm samples in various histological grades were (1.84±0.08)×105, (1.31±0.78)×105 and ( 5.41±0.90)×104 copies/μg RNA, respectively. With the increase of histological grade, a decreasing trend was found in the expression level of BP 1 mRNA, P=0.0037. CONCLUSIONS:The overexpression of BP 1 may play a crucial role in the carcinogenesis of normal breast tissues. In view of its comparatively high specificity, BP 1 may become a new bio-marker for future pre-diagnosis and clinical treatment of breast cancer.
