不同乳腺病变组织中血小板反应素表达状况的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:检测血小板反应素(Thrombospondin ,TSP)在正常乳腺和三种乳腺病变组织中的表达情况,分析其表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌发生发展的关系。方法:对10 8例乳腺外科手术标本采用免疫组化SP法检测TSP蛋白表达。结果:TSP表达在四种组织中的阳性率无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ,在浸润性导管癌中有转移组和无转移组亦无明显差异。结论:TSP可能具有促进乳腺细胞增殖的作用,对乳腺浸润性导管癌的发生发展转移影响不大。 Objective: To detect and compare the expression of thrombospondin(TSP) in human normal breast tissue and breast lesion tissue(including lobular hyperplasia, fibroadenoma and invasive ductal carcinoma), and investigate the relationship between TSP expression and the oncogenesis, development of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.Methods:108 surgical samples of breast were examined for TSP expression by immunohistochemical staining by SP method.Resultes:Expression of TSP had no difference among the four kinds of breast tissue, and between the two groups of invasive ductal carcinoma (the group of metastasis and the one of non-metastasis ) (P>0.05).Conclusions: TSP maybe promote proliferation of breast cells but not influence occurrence, development and metastasis of invasive ductal carcinoma.
