摘要
通过对190℃时效不同时间的含钪和不含钪Al Li合金维氏硬度测量和合金中强化相析出行为的透射电镜观察,研究了钪对铝锂合金时效硬化行为的影响。结果表明,钪可以加快铝锂合金的时效硬化速度,使合金达到峰值时效的时间明显缩短;钪明显抑制了铝锂合金中δ′(Al3Li)相的长大速度,促进了S′(Al2 CuMg)的析出,还可形成Al3Sc、Al3Li Al3Sc和Al3Li Al3(Sc,Zr)等新的析出相,这些都对铝锂合金的时效硬化行为产生影响。
The effect of scandium on the age-hardening behavior of Al-Li alloy was investigated by measuring the Vickers hardness of Al-Li alloys with and without scandium aged at 190°C for different time and observing the precipitation of strengthening phases in the alloys using transmission electron microscope. The results show that scandium can promote the age-hardening of Al-Li alloy and make the aging time of reaching peak value of hardness shorten obviously. Scandium can restrain the growing rate of δ′(Al3Li) phase in Al-Li alloy and promote the precipitation of S′(Al2CuMg) phase. Besides, the new strengthening phases of Al3Sc, Al3Li/Al3Sc and Al3Li/Al3 (Sc, Zr) form in the process of aging. These all affect the age-hardening behavior of Al-Li alloy.
