内毒素血症大鼠颈迷走神经传出放电变化 被引量:4

摘要 目的 观察内毒素血症时大鼠颈迷走神经传出放电的变化。方法 SD大鼠随机分为两组:内毒素组静脉注射内毒素5mg/kg ;对照组注射等容量生理盐水。应用神经电生理技术,记录并分析内毒素注射后3 0min、1、2、4h颈迷走神经传出放电频率的改变。结果 两组基础放电差异无显著性意义(P >0 0 5 )。大鼠注射内毒素后各时间点放电频率明显升高,与基础放电及注射生理盐水组的对应时间点相比,差异有显著性意义(P <0 0 5 )。结论 内毒素血症时颈迷走神经传出活动增强,这种改变可能是机体发挥其内源性抗炎保护作用的途径之一。 Objective To investigate the changes of cervical vagal efferent discharge induced by lipopolysaccaride in rats. Methods Ten rats were randomly divided into two groups, receiving lipopolysaccaride (5 mg/kg) or normal saline through intravenous injection. Frequency of cervical vagal efferent discharge was recorded at 30 min, 1, 2 and 4 h after the injection. Results The frequency of cervical vagal efferent discharge was significantly increased after LPS injection (P<0.05) while no significant changes after saline injection. Conclusion LPS enhanced the activation of cervical vagal efferent discharge. Vagus might play an important role when systemic inflammatory response syndrome occurs.
