泪道冲洗和探通术治疗先天性泪囊炎

Douching and probing of lacrimal passage for treatment dacryocystistis neonatorum

目的:探讨治疗先天性泪囊炎的最佳途径。方法:3个月以上的患儿在1%的卡因表面麻醉下采用泪道冲洗术及泪道探通术。冲洗时加入适量抗生素及地塞米松注射液。结果:先天性泪囊炎2623例,3422只眼,加压冲洗治愈率24%。一次性探通治愈率51%,2次以上探通治愈率为21.7%,总治愈率为96.7%。结论:3～6个月为治疗先天性泪囊炎的最佳年龄。泪道加压冲洗术及泪道探通术是治疗先天性泪囊炎既安全又有效的方法。

Objective:To explore the best therapy of dacryocystitis neonatorum.Methods:For the patients over 3 months old, the lacrimal passage irrigation was often used under superficial anesthesia.Adequate antibiotics and dexamethasone were added to the irrigating saline.Results:The lacrimal passage irrgation was effective in 24% of 3 422 eyes in 2 633 cases .The cure ratio of probing was 51% in first time,and 21.7% in the second.The total cure ratio was 96.7%.Conclusion:The best period for treatment of the dacryocystitis neonatorum is between 3-6 months old.The douching and probing of lacrimal passages are not only safe but also effective for treatment of dacryocystitis neonatorum.
