异源性表达载体——爪蟾卵母细胞的内源性离子通道

Heterogenous expression vector—endogenous ion channels in oocytes of Xenopus laevis

摘要 作为异源性表达载体,非洲爪蟾卵母细胞用于各种蛋白的表达,包括受体、离子通道、转运体等,为研究所表达蛋白的结构、功能及药理学特性提供了重要的手段,已在生命科学研究领域内得到了广泛的应用。本文就近年来对爪蟾卵母细胞内源性离子通道的研究进展作一综述,以期对全面、客观的解释和评价爪蟾卵母细胞所表达的异源性离子通道的研究结果提供帮助。 As heterogenous expression vector, African Xenopus laevis oocytes are used for different kinds of protein expression including receptors, ion channels and transporters, etc. It is an important means for investigating configuration and function of expressed protein and has been already widely used in life science research fields. This review summarizes the research development of endogenous ion channels in Xenopus oocytes in recent years so as to provide help to explaining and appraising completely the research results of heterogenous ion channels in Xenopus oocytes.
