静脉窦旁和颅底中央区脑膜瘤栓塞和非栓塞的对比性研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨术前栓塞对静脉窦旁和颅底中央区脑膜瘤手术疗效的影响。方法收集1999年10月至2003年12月静脉窦旁和颅底中央区脑膜瘤63例,分为栓塞组(33例)和非栓塞组(30例),比较其手术效果。结果与非栓塞组相比,栓塞组的失血量(P<0.05)和输血量(P<0.05)减少、Simpson级别降低(P<0.05)、患者的康复状况(DKPS)改善(P<0.05),术后住院天数缩短(P<0.05);而手术时间、病死率、并发症及随访7个月以上的Karnofsky评分和复发率,两组间无差异。结论术前栓塞有助于静脉窦旁和颅底中央区脑膜瘤全切除率的提高和病人的术后康复。
