摘要
研究了含锡从3%~30%铝锡合金的摩擦磨损性能,结果表明:随着含锡量的增加,铝锡合金的承载能力下降,摩擦系数下降。该合金的显微组织为硬的铝锡固溶体基体上分布着软的锡相质点。常温下含锡量在9%时,合金具有优良的减摩耐磨的综合性能。
The effect of wear-friction properties of Al-Sn bearing alloys contenting 3%-30% Sn was studied The results shown that the friction coefficient and bearing capacity of alloys reduces with the increasing of Sn. The microstructure of the alloys is the soft Sn particles distributing on the hard matrix of Al-Sn solid solution. The aluminum alloys containing 9% Sn has the best wear-friction properties at room temperature.
