肝干细胞移植治疗肝功能衰竭的研究进展

Research progress on treatment of liver failure by hepatic stem cells

摘要 肝功能衰竭是死亡率极高的危重病,近年来干细胞的研究为急慢性肝功能衰竭患者的治疗提供了新思路.采用干细胞移植技术来修复、治疗急慢性肝功能衰竭患者,帮助患者度过危险期等待肝移植或直接修复衰竭肝脏,将是一个经济理想的方法,现将这一领域的研究进展作一综述.
