衰老模型小鼠心肌线粒体酶活性与茜草的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨衰老小鼠心肌线粒体酶活性的变化及茜草的保护作用。方法:实验于2003-03/06在佳木斯大学医学院生化实验室完成。将36只昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组,衰老模型组和茜草组,每组12只,用D-半乳糖诱导衰老模型,30d后测定心肌线粒体超氧化物歧化酶,钠-钾-三磷酸腺苷酶和钙-三磷酸腺苷酶的活性。结果:衰老模型组超氧化物歧化酶,钠-钾-三磷酸腺苷酶和钙-三磷酸腺苷酶的活性均明显降低;茜草可升高衰老模型组超氧化物歧化酶,钠-钾-三磷酸腺苷酶和钙-三磷酸腺苷酶活性。结论:茜草对衰老模型小鼠心肌线粒体有保护作用,为中医药抗癌衰老研究提供实验依据。 AIM:To study the changes of adenosine triphosphatase(ATPase) activity in myocardial mitochondria of aging mice and the protective effect of Rubia cordifolia L. METHODS:Te experiment was carried out in the biochemical laboratiory,Medical College of Jiamusi University between March and June 2003.Thirty-six Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group,aging model group and Rubia cordifolia L group.Aging models were induced by D-galactose,and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase in myocardial mitochondria were measured after 30 days. RESULTS:The activities of SOD,Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase were all obviously decreased in the aging model group.Rubia cordifolia L.could enhance the activities of SOD,Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase in the myocardial mitochondria of aging mice. CONCLUSION:Rubia cordifolia L.can protect the myocardial mitochondria of aging mice,and provides experimental evidence for study of Chinese herb against aging.
