摘要
以KmTBCr8材料的化学成分为基础,适当调整了元素的含量,提高了材料的淬透性,经热处理后对其显微组织、硬度、冲击韧度和耐磨性进行了研究,另进行了实际应用试验,并与常用耐磨材料进行了对比。结果表明:经化学成分调整后中铬抗磨白口铸铁可成功用于生产中等或中等稍强磨损工况下使用的渣浆泵,成本低,耐磨性优良。
On the basis of GB/T 8263 - 1999, the chemical composition of a medium chrome cast iron KmTBCr8 was regulated in order to form martensite matrix after quenched in air. The microstructure, hardness and impact toughness were examined after heat trentment. Wear tests in both laboratary and field were performed. The results show that the modified abrasion resistant medium chrome white cast iron can successfully be applied to slurry pumps which should work under medium or medium-high wear duties.
