摘要
铜铝管焊接的关键是对焊接参数的控制,原控制系统采用时间继电器控制焊接参数.虽然时间继电器成本低,但若达到铜铝管焊接高质量,其时间控制精度、稳定性、可靠性等性能指标已不能满足要求.采用可编程序控制器(PLC),通过编写程序进行控制,可以大大提高焊机的上述性能指标,并使其具有预调谐和预显示功能,增加了该机的技术含量.一个特定的焊接参数确定以后,可长期使用,也就是说,当改变焊接工艺参数后,要想回到已定某一参数时,只需调回原工艺参数即可焊出原来产品的质量,使其满足当今的使用要求.
The key of Cu-Al pipe butt welding is to control the welding parameters.In the original control system,all welding parameters were controlled by time-relays.Although it is cheap,the time-relay,with the low control precision,stability,reliability and other performance,can't satisfy the demand for higher quality of Cu-Al pipe welding.To improve the performances of the welder,all the time-relays are replaced by PLC.Thus,the welder possesses such functions as pre-adjusting and pre-displaying parameters,which increases the technology level of the welder.The improved Cu-Al pipe welder is quite satisfactory and stays at the top position among the same type of products.
