添加剂对乙二醇水溶液沸腾传热的研究 被引量:4

摘要 选择乙二醇水、乙二醇乙醇水为工质,研究了加入不同种类和浓度添加剂(表面活性剂)后,上述混合物池式沸腾传热特性.试验结果表明:某些表面活性剂能明显强化乙二醇水、乙二醇乙醇水溶液池式沸腾传热,其最佳添加浓度为(5 2~6 9)×10-4mol/L.同时对添加剂能强化乙二醇水、乙二醇乙醇水溶液沸腾传热机理进行了探讨.强调表面活性物质主要通过降低溶液表面张力,降低固液界面的润湿性,增加固液接触面,增加汽化核心数等来强化上述混合物的沸腾传热. The effect of additive on membrane factor boiling heat transfer of EG-water and EG-ethanol-(water) was studied. The mechanism of enhanced pool boiling transferring of EG-water and EG-ethanol-(water) with the additive was discussed. The experiment result shows that some surface active agents have the (remarkable) enhancement to the pool boiling transferring of EG-water and EG-ethanol-water. The (surface active) agent can enhance the pool boiling heat transferring by lowering the liquid surface tensile stress, (lowering) the moist on the boundary surface between solid and liquid, increasing contact on solid and liquid and increasing vaporization.
