摘要
目的:研究非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死股骨头血流动力学状况。方法:30例非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死患者作为研究组,行骨动态显像及骨断层显像。30例对照组行骨动态显像。对血流相图像进行分析绘制时间-放射性曲线,计算腹主动脉?股骨头、股骨头?髂动脉放射性计数比值;对血池相图像进行分析计算股骨头?股骨干放射性计数比值。结果:①血流相:股骨头缺血坏死各期患侧与健侧腹主动脉?股骨头、股骨头?髂动脉放射性计数比值差异均无显著性;②血池相:中期及晚期患侧与健侧及正常对照组股骨头?股骨干放射性计数比值差异具有显著性。结论:非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死病变中晚期股骨头静脉淤血且有新生血管出现。
Objective: To evaluate the changes of hemodynamics in the femoral head in patients with non-traumatic avascular necrosis. Methods: Thirty patients underwent bone dynamic imaging and bone tomography. Thirty normal persons serve d as control group underwent bone dynamic imaging. In arterial perfusion imaging using region of interest technology generated time-activity curve and calculate d the nuclide uptake ratio of femoral head and abdominal aorta and iliac artery. In blood pool imaging the nuclide uptake ratio of femoral head to femoral diaph ysis was calculated. Results: ①The nuclide uptake ratio of femoral head and abd ominal aorta and iliac artery in study group had no significant difference with that of the control group. ②In middle and late stage the nuclide uptake ratio o f femoral head to femoral diaphysis in study group was higher than that of the c ontrol group. Conclusion: In middle and late stage of non-traumatic avascular ne crosis there were venous engorgement with numerous neo-vasculatures around the f emoral head.
