Comment on the Western Corporate Capital Structure Theory

西方企业资本结构理论的研究方式大体上有三种体系:一是早期企业资本结构理论,但很不成熟;二是 现代企业资本结构理论,开创了资本结构理论研究和经济学研究充分融合的先例;再者是信息不对称理论,从企业内 部因素着手,重在研究制度设计,为企业资本结构理论研究开辟了新的研究方向。

In general, the research mode of the western corporate capital structure theory has three systems: one is is the corporate capital structure theory in the early stage, which is immature; the other is the modern corporate capital structure theory, which creates a precedent for the merging of research of capital structure theory and economics; the third one is information asymmetry theory, which attaches importance to the research of system design and sets a new orientation for the research.
