Regional economic development is influenced by the extent of opening to the outside, enterprise's structures, investment force and development strategy etc. We should speed up the development of medium and small-sized enterprises and tertiary industry, improve the economic work standard to the outside, strengthen the investment and management, accelerate the regulation and reform of state-owned enterprises, and create favorable development environment in middle and western areas to lessen the differences in regional economic development.
