我国农村成人教育发展中的“瓶颈”问题与对策

Measures to Break the Neck of Developing Problems for Adult Education in Rural Area

我国的基本国情决定了农村成人教育的重要性,它对于提高全民素质,促进农村社会、经济的发展具有重大的意义。但传统观念的束缚、教育资源的薄弱及管理体制的落后等诸多“瓶颈”问题长期制约着农村成人教育的发展。在农村成人教育的发展过程中,应当树立新的理念、建立有效体制、建立多元化的教育体系,促进我国农村成人教育的进一步发展。

The situation of our country determines the importance of adult education in rural areas. It is significant to raise the quality of the whole citizens and to promote the advance of rural society and economy. However, the band of traditional concepts, weak educational resources and backward managing system hamper the development of adult education in rural areas. The essay advocates that new ideas, effective methods and multi-educational systems should be established to push forward the moving of rural adult education.
