对高校教育技术学专业实验室的运行和管理进行了探讨，认为要将教育技术学专业实验室建成较高水平的教学、科研机构就必须在建立合理的人才流动机制，提高实验人员业务素质，加强学术交流、改革教学方法，加强与企业的交流与合作，加大宣传力度等方面努力。

This article researches the movement and management about the speciality laboratory of the education technology of high school and thoughts this speciality laboratory must strengthen constructing rational movement mechanism of person with ability,lifting operation diathesis of lab workers,reinforcing academic exchange,reforming teaching methods,enhancing the exchange and cooperation with enterprises and enlarging propaganda work so as to building the higher level of educational and scientific institute.
